The hunt for Waldo continues in Hollywood
Where's Waldo? HD In Hollywood is the latest version of the Where's Waldo? series of games for iPad.
As you might have guessed from the name, this time our hero is lost in Screenland - and it's up to you to find him. There are two game modes in Where's Waldo? HD in Hollywood to play - Story and Vs Odlow. The first of which takes you to a variety of film sets where you must find Waldo and a list of objects in order to progress to the next level. Vs Odlow mode is a timed race with Waldo's arch enemy to find the objects quickest.
As with the first version in the series, Where's Waldo? HD The Fantastic Voyage, the game is beautifully presented, with illustrations lovingly recreated from the series of Where's Waldo? books. The music and in-scene animations speech really help to make this a different experience from the books.
Where's Waldo? HD In Hollywood features a pinch-to-zoom mechanism. This was sadly lacking in the previous version of the game, and really helps you to refine your searches. Unfortunately though, the Hollywood version lacks the fun two-player mode of Incredible Journey.
Where's Waldo? HD In Hollywood is great fun for all the family, and perfect for seeing you through those long train or plane journeys.
